总览

(A) Human iPSC-derived hepatic organoid fragments can be thawed, seeded in Matrigel® domes, and cultured in STEMdiff™ Hepatic Organoid Growth Medium (Catalog #100-1773) to generate confluent cultures within 7 days. Organoids can then be expanded every 6 - 10 days via fragment passaging in STEMdiff™ Hepatic Organoid Growth Medium.
