总览
CD200（分化簇200）是一种属于免疫球蛋白超家族的I型膜糖蛋白 (Wright et al.)，可与表达于髓系细胞和T细胞表面的CD200受体（CD200R）结合，抑制髓系细胞活性及巨噬细胞细胞因子产生(Jenmalm et al.)。病毒中发现的CD200同源物可与CD200R相互作用以降低促炎细胞因子产生(Foster-Cuevas et al.)。研究表明，CD200的免疫抑制作用可促进同种异体移植物的接受(Gorczynski et al.)，而CD200/CD200R的失调可能导致自身免疫疾病（如类风湿性关节炎）的发生(Ren et al.)。CD200含两个免疫球蛋白样结构域，一个V型，一个较小的C2型(Hatherley et al.)。
该蛋白在肽链羧基末端带有组氨酸标签。为了保证下游实验的可重复性和稳定性，STEMCELL提供的CD200冻干纯度≥90%，经LAL检测确认内毒素≤1.0 EU/μg蛋白。人重组CD200在2 μg/mL浓度下可与人CD200R结合（His & hFc标签），在线性范围5–28 ng/mL内经功能ELISA验证。

(A) The binding activity of Human Recombinant CD200 was tested by functional ELISA with immobilized Human Recombinant CD200 at 2 μg/mL. Immobilized Human Recombinant CD200 can bind human CD200R (His & hFc tag) with a linear range of 5 - 28 ng/mL. (B) Human Recombinant CD200 was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (+) conditions and visualized by Coomassie Blue staining. Human Recombinant CD200 has a predicted molecular mass of 24 kDa and an apparent molecular mass of 40 - 45 kDa due to glycosylation.
