Mammosphere and tumorsphere cultures are used to evaluate normal and tumor mammary precursor cells in an in vitro system. Accurately estimating the number of hundreds of spheres in your cultures can be a challenge. In this video we demonstrate a highly efficient way to quickly enumerate the spheres and prepare them for your downstream applications.
